Live in under a day.

What implementation actually looks like: four steps, a clear division of labor, and nothing to rebuild. Most firms add the tag in the afternoon and watch the first conversation arrive that night.

01

Account setup

An account for the firm, the practice areas you serve, and where summaries should land. Covered in one onboarding call, about an hour.

02

The embed

One script tag in the body of your website, added by whoever manages it. Five minutes, most of it finding the login.

Your firm
03

Configuration

Qualification criteria for each practice area, the disclosure line, escalation rules, and who's on call. Set with you on the same call, adjustable at any time.

Go live

The first live conversation usually arrives the same evening. From that night on, summaries land in the inbox by morning, and the dashboard fills on its own.

Oculon + your firm

Who does what.

Oculon generates the embed script, runs the onboarding call, and handles the initial configuration. The firm's part is one line in the body of a website, added by anyone with access, or by your web person.

That's the whole division of labor. If setup ever takes more than a day, something unusual happened, and you'll have a direct line to the person sorting it out.

What you need

Any modern website: WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or custom. An inbox for the summaries. A number where the on-call attorney can be reached. Nothing else: no servers, no software, no project. The details are on the system requirements page.

The first thirty days.

Tools don't fail on launch day. They fail in the quiet weeks after, when the configuration needs a tweak nobody scheduled time for. So the first month comes with a name attached to it.
