Refund Policy
A refund policy is a promise about how a relationship ends. Here's ours, in the plain version.

The policy.
Two rows. Each one is the whole policy for its plan type — there is no fine print underneath.
Why this shape.
Monthly firms are never more than one month at risk — cancel on the first, pay nothing after the thirty-first. That's the shape of the risk.
The annual 14-day window exists because a year is a commitment, and commitments deserve a review moment: renewal is a decision, and decisions made quickly can be reconsidered — once, briefly, prorated.
One more thing: we'd rather lose a subscription than keep money from a firm that isn't using the product. If that's your situation, write to billing — the policy above describes the rules, and this paragraph describes how we apply them.
How to request one.
Write to billing@oculonsystems.com from the email on the account, with the firm name and the plan. Refunds return to the original payment method, processed through Lemon Squeezy — the same way the charge ran. Billing questions beyond refunds go to the same address.
