Oculon is a handful of engineers, remote by default, building one thing, carefully, for law firms that notice care. This page is the honest current state of the team, and the door.
Where Oculon is.
Early, and on purpose. One product, a small number of firms using it well, and a roadmap that grows out of what those firms actually need, not out of a market map. Every line of Iris is written by someone whose name you could learn in a week.
That's not a stage we're waiting to graduate from. Small is why the support email reaches an engineer, why a firm's request can ship in days, and why nothing here is three committees deep. We intend to keep most of it.

That's the honest status, not a funnel, and not a page we refresh with a req every quarter. But if you believe in what we're building, reach out anyway. Doors that are actually open get written down. This one is.
Before you write.
The founders' note is the most honest description of the work there is: what we think we're doing, and where we honestly are. If it lands, so will the job. If it doesn't, you've saved yourself an email.
